Ofsted Reports

The Aunties have a unique, family approach.  Although it seems we have two settings (in Stanton St John and Wheatley), we treat them as one. Both settings are absolutely identical in every single respect (apart from architecture), sharing exactly the same ethos, approach, family leadership and management, rotating staff, policies, procedures, curriculum, quality systems, etc, etc, etc  down to the minutest detail!

Ofsted’s definition

of “Outstanding”

is as follows

“Grade 1, Outstanding: This applies to EXCEPTIONAL settings which are way above the norm. They are HIGHLY EFFECTIVE at making sure that outcomes for children are excellent.  The childcare practice is EXEMPLARY.  Nursery education is of SUCH A HIGH QUALITY that 3 and 4 years olds are making very rapid progress towards the early learning goals…the practice is worth disseminating beyond the setting.”

OFSTED Report 2004

OFSTED REPORT 2004 – TOP MARKS TOO!

  1. VERY GOOD;
  2. Good; Satisfactory:

order to be awarded the highest grade (Very Good) overall.
